Shipping Policy

Our shipping arrangements apply to orders accepted for supported United States addresses. Checkout shows which services are available, any destination limitations and any applicable free-shipping offer. A location or product may be excluded if the carrier cannot provide the required service.

The usual preparation period is approximately 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 3–5 business days in transit. Processing time is not delivery time. These windows are estimates only, and weather, holidays or carrier investigations may affect arrival.

Review your full delivery address, contact email and phone before submitting an order. When tracking becomes available, allow for a delay between dispatch and the first carrier update. To discuss a delay or loss, provide the order number, ordering email and tracking details. If a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be located, check safe places and other household members and contact us for help. For breakage or missing contents, preserve the packaging and supply clear pictures.
