Refund Policy

Returns are not restricted to defective merchandise: we also accept non-defective returns and exchanges when you change your mind, prefer something else or selected the wrong product. The application window is 30 days after the goods arrive. Only new items are eligible; keep them unused, in original condition, with their original packaging, labels and accompanying accessories.

To open a request, send the order number, checkout email and a description of the issue. Broken or faulty goods, wrong deliveries, missing pieces and substantial discrepancies from the listing can be reviewed. Add photos or video of the product and package when the request concerns damage, a defect, an incorrect shipment or a missing part.

Wait for authorization before returning a parcel. Our return method is mail, with a free return label enclosed in the original package and no restocking fee. Stock availability determines whether an exchange can be fulfilled. After approval, a refund is processed within 10 days to your original means of payment. The time needed for that credit to appear depends on your bank.
