What is in the range? We offer bottles, insulated tumblers, coffee cups, backpacks, lunch bags and everyday carry bags, with selections for children as well as adults.

What delivery window should I expect? We normally prepare orders in approximately 1–2 business days. Estimated shipping time is separately 3–5 business days, without a guaranteed arrival date. Checkout tells you the delivery charge and whether free shipping applies.

Are preference changes and mistaken selections eligible for returns? Yes: returns and exchanges cover defective and non-defective items. Apply within 30 days of receipt and obtain authorization for a mail return. Non-defective returns must be new and unused, in original condition with the original packaging, tags and supplied accessories. A free return label is enclosed with your order. No restocking fee is taken, and an exchange requires available stock.

What should I send for a damaged, faulty or wrong product? Include the order number, checkout email and a clear explanation. Attach pictures or video of both the product and packaging for defects, damage, wrong deliveries or missing components. Refund processing takes up to 10 days after approval and uses the original payment method.
